We have secured a number of staterooms at a fixed rate and our travel agent will advise you of the best price for the stateroom type you are after - indicative prices are listed further down this page.

To be considered part of the event you must use the booking request form found below, we cannot include you in the event if you book independently via an alternative travel agent or direct with the cruise line.

Cruise Details:

To be considered part of the event you must use the booking request form found below and book through our group booking. Booking outside of the group booking jeopardises our ability to secure dedicated gaming space and the success and future of the event. In addition to booking as part of our group a small gaming badge will be purchased, the gaming badge will enable us to manage the capacity of the conference rooms we have secured for the cruise.

Group Prices:

We have secured a number of staterooms at a fixed rate. Once you fill in the booking form the travel agent will advise you of the best price for the stateroom type you are after. If there are still staterooms available at a cheaper rate than our fixed price, that will be what is offered.

Indicative pricing for each category of stateroom is as follows:

Interiors with Virtual Balcony start from $2,555 per person twin share.
Guaranteed fixed price is $3,745 pp for category 4U.

Ocean View staterooms start from $2,890 per person twin share.
Guaranteed fixed price is $4,334 pp for category 2N

Spacious Ocean View staterooms start from $2,992 per person twin share.
Guaranteed fixed price is $4,440 pp for category 4M

Balconies start from $3,237 per person twin share.
Guaranteed fixed price is $4,690 for category 4D and $4,800 for category 2D.

Other stateroom types such as suites are subject to availability.

Gaming Badges Required

Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you with details on how to purchase gaming badges. Please give us an indication of how many you'd like for your cabin. Age 16+: $20 Per Person Children aged 15 and under: $10 per child, cannot be purchased independently of an accompanying adult badge. Badges are fully refundable if anyone changes their mind or needs to cancel.
